Four Days at Booth 1C13: SUNMAS at CHWE Shenzhen 2026
For four days, Booth 1C13 became a small but busy meeting point for the SUNMAS team.
From September 3 to 6, we took part in the CHWE Global Cross-Border E-Commerce Expo at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.
Products were arranged on the table. Catalogs were ready. One conversation followed another.
Some visitors came specifically looking for TENS or EMS products. Some were exploring a new category for their online business. Others already had a product idea and wanted to know whether it could be developed.
That variety is what made the exhibition interesting.

Products on the Table, Real Questions Behind Them
At the booth, visitors could pick up the products, check their size and materials, operate the controls, and compare different designs.
We presented TENS units, TENS and EMS combination devices, wearable muscle stimulators, and other electrotherapy solutions.
But the most useful part was not simply showing what we already make.
It was hearing the questions behind each product:
- Can the appearance be changed?
- Can the programs and intensity levels be customized?
- What packaging is suitable for online sales?
- Which accessories can be included?
- What is required to create a private-label version?
- Can a new idea be developed from the beginning?
These are practical questions, and they deserve practical answers.

Not Every Customer Needs the Same Solution
Some customers want to enter the market quickly with a mature product. For them, logo, packaging, instructions, and accessory customization may be enough.
Others want something different—a new appearance, additional functions, a wearable form, or a product designed for a specific market.
We do not believe every project needs the most complicated solution.
A dependable standard product may be the right choice for one brand. A deeper OEM or ODM project may make more sense for another. Our job is to understand the difference before making a recommendation.

What We Took Home From CHWE
An exhibition does not end when the booth is packed away.
We returned with business cards, product requests, questions for our engineers, and notes about what cross-border sellers are currently looking for.
Not every conversation becomes an order, and not every idea becomes a product. That is normal.
What matters is following up carefully, confirming what is possible, and giving customers clear answers rather than quick promises.
For SUNMAS, trust is built through these small steps.

Thank You for Stopping at Booth 1C13
Thank you to everyone who visited SUNMAS at Booth 1C13.
Thank you for trying the products, asking detailed questions, sharing ideas, and telling us what you are seeing in the market.
The exhibition gave us four busy days. The conversations and work that follow will last much longer.
If we met at CHWE, we look forward to continuing our discussion.
If we did not have the chance to meet, you can still tell us what kind of TENS, EMS, or wearable electrotherapy product you are planning.
We will listen first and then work through the possibilities with you.
